Off to see a long-time friend today, who with his lovely wife recently had a beautiful little boy. Hopefully my kids mother wont mess it up.

3 days on the cross-machine. Not bad for an old man Tsss, I’m not that old

Exercising two days in a row … If I’m not careful it could become a habit!

24/7 back on the cross-machine! feels good too.

Back home. Time to hit the shower! Well deserved

50 minutes later, time for some abs!
